Tribute

Steve gave freely and selflessly to others his entire life, and he continues to do so in death by donating his body. He gave his heart completely to his family - his wife Jennifer, and his children, Stratton, Morgan, Mac, and Skylar. He gave his leadership, knowledge, and experience to the world of housing and was a fierce and dedicated advocate of fair housing his entire life. He led two associations, as the CEO, with a dedication and honesty that is rarely found in this world. When he was ill, he continued to give his love and time to others in need and would say “Their needs are greater than mine”. I am his wife and I know of no stronger, more selfless man that has walked this planet. He will be missed by everyone whose life he touched directly and indirectly.
