Tribute

Mary Huff was born on January 16, 1949. After living in many states and a couple of countries, she settled in the Dallas area about 20 years ago with her beloved husband, David. Mary’s daughters said she had a smile that would light up the room and amazing cheekbones. They both say thank you Mom for passing on those good genes! She was always baking something scrumptious to share. She loved to garden, cook, and crochet. There are many people across the country that are enjoying her crocheted angels, beanie hats, and many other handmade items that she created. Friends and family were always welcomed at Mary's house for good conversation, a great meal, a bottomless cup of coffee, all three, or anything in between. Mary's friends and family also enjoyed receiving greeting and holiday cards from her throughout the years as it was important for her to celebrate life. Her and her sister Cynthia had a special little ritual on holidays and birthdays. They always exchanged a box of chocolate-covered cherries. She will forever cherish those special moments with Mary. Mary made her final move to heaven on February 10, 2023.

She is survived by her husband Dave, her daughters; Brandie, Anji, and her husband Mike, her step-children Amie and partner David, and Josh and his wife Jacque. Her grandchildren; Nathan and partner Erin, Nikki and husband Andres IV, Michelle, Brooke, and fiancé Kyle, Courtney, Arianna, and Easton; siblings Cynthia and husband Robert and nephews James, Dewayne, and Donnie, her brother Robert and wife Donna, and her brother Johnny and wife Freida. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
