Lois Newman
Tribute
On November 16, 2024, Heaven must have been missing an Angel because that was the day of Lois’ “Welcome Home party in Heaven, and oh what a day it was! The hugs and kisses of all those dear ones that had gone on before her, were many. Once she fought the great fight on earth, she succumbed to being the center of attention at her heavenly home. Our loss was definitely heaven’s gain! Our Lois was a true Queen in every sense of the word, always beautiful inside and out. Lovely, elegant, ‘Hostess with the Mostess”, generous and giving to a fault, thoughtful, and always spoke her truth. Lois knew how to make everyone feel special. She was a strong, confident, and loyal friend to many. If you were lucky enough to call Lois your friend, or family member, consider yourself blessed. She always offered a lending hand or a wise word to a challenge you were having. She was a positive thinker who never stopped learning. She was a Charter student at ASU, and took online courses to improve her knowledge, always aiming for her PhD. Lois’ accomplishments are too numerous to mention. Let’s just say that everything she touched turned to gold! Everyone wanted her on their team because she was dependable and left no stones unturned! Her persistence and determination made good things happen for many. She aimed to please, and did everything with a flair! Lois’ strength and faith in God carried her through her hard times. Her kindred spirit offered a safe place for you to express yourself. This kind ‘old soul’ went out of this world, just as she came in, “Her Way!” She knew who she was and whose she was, so now she is at peace with our Lord. Lending her precious body to science was the last unselfish thing Lois did, always in the spirit of helping others! That was important to her. Oh, how we will dearly miss you Lois. You’re a shining star that will always shine bright in our hearts, and whenever we think of you, which will be often, we will look up and smile, and thank God for you! God Bless You! Fly with the Angels good and faithful servant! Rest in Peace, dear friend, and loved one. You will solely be missed. Love you, and always will, Nancy & Family & Dear Friends
