Tribute

Judy was born in Findlay, Ohio to an affluent family. She attended Findlay High School. She was accepted at Julliard as a concert pianist but attended Findlay College until she married Jeremiah Cattell. Later that year Holly was born. They followed her mother out to California seeking employment. Kathy was born here, and later Missy. They bought their first house in West Covina. Judy later divorced Jerry and married Clarence Parker. He was the love of her life and they enjoyed camping and fishing. She also became stepmom to his three children Dana, Brock, and Brian. They moved several times due to Dave's work but finally settled in Lake Elsinore on a large piece of property. Judy worked at different jobs over the years - waitressing, and store clerk, but her favorite was as a vet clerk. When Dave passed away here, Judy chose to move with her daughter Kathy in Spokane, Washington. She ended up at Orchard Crest Retirement Home and lived her best life here. She enjoyed reading, cooking, choir, and swimming, as well as all the new friends she made. But her true love was her animals. Judy became sick with pancreatic cancer, and it took her a month later. She is survived by her three daughters: Holly Phelps, Kathy Moya, and Melissa Dundas. Her two stepchildren: Dana Rector and Brock Parker, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
