Tribute

Jeff DeClerck, 63, was born on August 21, 1961 and passed away on October 9, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2022. Jeff wanted his body to be donated to Science Care for research in hopes of finding a cure or better medicines and treatment for Parkinson's Disease. He will be greatly missed by his 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, his 5 siblings and many family members and friends.
