Tribute

Francie was a wife, mom, and grandma. She had a laugh that was infectious and will be greatly missed but this donation was something that she really wanted. Francie was lucky enough to survive a child birth that had complications thanks to blood transfusions. She became a lifelong blood donor after that and got each of her 3 children to donate blood for their lives as well. Towards the end, she really wanted to be an organ and tissue donor as well but was unable to. She has always wanted to donate her body to science. She figured there would probably be something interesting that could be learned from her. She would be so happy that that part of her wishes was able to come true with this program. Thank you.
