Eugene Marabella
Tribute
It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Eugene Anthony Marabella, who passed away unexpectedly on December 29th, 2024. Eugene was 64 years old and would have turned 65 on January 23rd, 2025. Eugene was the son of Charles and Irma Marabella (Irma nee. Sockwell), and brother of Mark Marabella, all preceding him in passing. Surviving family includes sisters Andrea Venella and Linda Hofle, brother-in-law Oliver Hofle, nephews Jack Foley, Shawn Foley, and Derek Hofle, nieces Leah Hofle and Brittany Venella Graden, and grand-nephew Declan Hofle. Eugene loved being in nature, whether running, walking, or biking, and checking out local parks. Eugene was an expert in birds and tropical fish, often visiting pet and fish stores. Eugene enjoyed playing guitar and recording his created music. Eugene was a Philadelphia sports team fan, especially the Phillies. Eugene looked forward to holiday dinners with his family. Eugene’s occupation of many years was a residential and commercial painter. Eugene was working at Jenner’s Pond Retirement Community in West Grove, PA. Eugene is already greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the National Audubon Society, which helps conserve birds and other wildlife, and their natural habitats for future generations at act.Audubon.org. Thank you in advance.
