Tribute

Born in Oklahoma, her mom passed away when she was very young and her grandmother raised her. To Dalene, her grandmother was her mom. Dalene got married in the mid 70's and moved to California and then divorced in the early 80's and didn't remarry. She never had children but loved her "girls" Dena, Cara, and Michelle, as if they were family. She worked at the DMV until she retired where she made many friends. Dalene was a social butterfly everywhere she went. She moved to a nice community where she ran almost everything at one time or another. She always welcomed the newcomers and encouraged them to get involved in social activities such as Bingo or playing different card games. Dalene went home to the Lord on October 10, 2023, peacefully. She is missed each and every day.
