Tribute

Carolyn was born in her grandparents' home in Vivian, LA. Her parents were both still in high school. Carolyn grew up in Downey, CA, and graduated from Bellflower High School. She was the mother of 8 children, a grandmother to 13 grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to 10 great-grandchildren. She was married to her first husband for 20 years and her second husband for 50 years. Carolyn enjoyed great health and was active up to the last 2 weeks of her life.
