Tribute

Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Married at the age of 15 to a dashing older military man. By 1956 she had 3 minor children while 9 had passed away. War broke out in this tiny country. In 1962 she took her small family and sort refugee in the United States. She lived a humble life with her small family. Her husband of 50 years at that time passed away in 1997. She continued to live until age 91. She was loved by her friends and family. She will be remembered by those that loved her. 3 children, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
